"Super fast shipping and easy order"
I ordered a set of running boards from AmericanTrucks and they got here way faster than I expected, like 2 days, maybe 3 at most. The box showed up in good shape, and the tracking kept updating the whole time, which was nice. i wasn’t expecting it to be that quick, so I was happy with the whole experience. I’d definitely order from them again and would recommend checking them out.

I asked a question about my order and, i was kind of expecting the usual slow reply or some vague answer. But they got back to me way faster than I thought they would and actually answered the question without giving me the runaround. Happy with how quick and straightforward it was.

"Refund took a little time, but it was easy"
I had to wait a few days for everything to get sorted out, which was a little annoying at first because I wasn’t totally sure how long the refund would take. But once it went through, it was fine. They refunded me without making it a big hassle or asking me to jump through a bunch of extra steps, and that’s really what mattered in the end

"Exchange Worked Out, Just Took a Bit"
I had to exchange a part, and yeah, it ended up getting handled, but it took more emails back and forth than I expected. I’m not saying it was a horrible experience or anything, because it wasn’t. It was just slower than I thought it should be. In the end, it worked out, so I can’t really complain too much

"Loyalty points actually came in handy"
I’ve ordered from AmericanTrucks a few times now, the loyalty rewards are actually nice. I used my points on my last order and it took a little off the total, which is always welcome because truck parts are not exactly cheap. And for once, it wasn’t some annoying process with hidden steps or a million hoops to jump through. Just applied the points and moved on. Why can’t every rewards program be this simple?

"Good communication on a backordered part"
My part ended up being on backorder, but AmericanTrucks did a solid job keeping me in the loop without me having to keep checking in. The emails were easy to understand, and the updated ship date ended up being close. Compared to some other places I’ve ordered from, it was... well, just less of a headache. Delays happen, so I can’t really complain when the communication is good

"Good Fit, Rough Delivery"
Ordered from americantrucks and my first thought was nice, that got here fast. Then I saw the box and immediately thought, yeah, this is probably not good. It was beat up and one corner of the part had a scratch. It did fit fine, so I just kept it instead of dealing with a return, but it was still annoying. Customer service was decent enough, but they really need to tighten up the shipping.

Compared to a few other sites I’ve used before, where I had to deal with returns or try to make something fit, this was way easier.
